What the app is — and isn't
CarChecker3000 provides educational estimates and analysis to help you research used cars and understand car financing. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a lender, broker, dealer, or credit-reporting agency. We do not originate loans, broker deals, or pull your credit.
Estimates are estimates
Market values, depreciation, reliability, rate benchmarks, recalls, fuel costs, taxes, and the loan math are estimates drawn from AI models and public data, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify the actual price, terms, taxes, title, recalls, and condition with the seller, your lender, and your DMV before making any decision. You are solely responsible for your purchasing and financing decisions.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for your own personal, lawful car-shopping research.
- Don't abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or submit others' personal information.
- Free-usage limits apply and may change.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarChecker3000 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app's estimates.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
